摘　　要：本文从软件、硬件设计、制造工艺以及工作质量等方面,分析总结计量故障产生的现象和原因,并通过列举案例对计量故障进行实例分析。最后针对这类故障产生原因,提出了对生产、设计、应用环节的改进措施。This paper analyzes and summarizes measurement and reasons of measure fault in some aspects which include software and hardware design,manufacturing process and working quality. This paper gives an example to analyze measure fault. At last,in allusion to this type of fault,improvement measures are proposed in production,design and application link.
