组织冲突视角下的灭火救援战斗编成分析

摘　　要：多个单位联合作战是灭火救援行动的主要形式,但各参战单位在协同行动中存在着组织冲突,这在一定程度上影响了各战斗单元之间、人装之间的有效整合和战斗力的充分发挥。针对联合作战过程中的组织冲突根源分析,提高战斗编成模式的科学性,有效协同参战力量,增强战斗编成组织适应性,是提高灭火救援战斗力水平的有效途径之一。A combat force of multiple units is the main form of firefighting and rescue operations.However,there still exist some organizational conflicts in their joint operations,which may impact,to a certain extent,the conformity among different units,between the firefighters and the equipment.Based on the analysis of the origins of these organizational conflicts in the process of joint operations,this paper concludes that in order to build the combat capability,it is an effective approach to build a combat force formation mode scientifically,improve the joint force＇s organizational adaptability,and coordinate the strength of all units effectively.
