高校研究生党建工作规范化实证研究——以华南农业大学为例

摘　　要：高校研究生党建工作是党的建设的重要组成部分。新形势下如何贯彻落实党的各项方针政策,提高高校研究生党建工作的规范性,是一件非常紧迫的任务。文章以华南农业大学为例,分析了当前高校研究生党建工作的现状及其问题原因,从制度执行力、加强党务干部的培训、创新组织生活的形式和内容以及提高导师参与的积极性等方面提出了建议。The Party building work of college postgraduates is an important component of the Party building of the CPC （ Com-munist Party of China）. It is an extraordinary urgent task to implement the various policies and to improve the normalization of the Party building work of college postgraduates of the CPC under new situation. This paper takes the reality of South China Agricultural University as an exemplar to analyze the present situation and the source of some problems of the Party building work of college postgraduates, which then proposal some suggestions in improving the execution of systems, strengthening the training work of Party members and cadres, making innovations in form and content of organizational life and enhancing counselors＇ participation enthusiasm at the end of the article.
