发达国家大数据产业发展战略与启示

摘　　要：大数据产业已成为全球新一轮技术和产业竞争的角力场。美国、欧盟、英国、日本各有不同的大数据产业发展战略和政策,这些做法说明应当根据自己国家的实际情况来制定大数据产业发展战略、掌握大数据的关键技术、政府带头推动产业发展。我国已经形成了大数据产业的顶层架构设计框架。在这个框架下,结合发达国家大数据产业发展战略与启示,对我国大数据产业的发展战略提出了5点建议。Big data industry has become the arena for a new round of global technology and industry competition.. United States^ European. Union., Britain, and Japan, have different development strategies and policies of big data industry. These practices tell us, formulate the development strate-gy of big data industry base on. the actual situation, of our country, grasp the key technology of big data, take the lead in. promoting the industrial development by the government. China has formed the top-level architecture of big data industry. In. this architecture. this article draws on. the de-velopment strategy and inspiration, of big data industry in. some developed countries. puts forward five suggestions to China＇s development strategy of big data industry.
