基于因子分析的重庆地区主导产业选择研究

摘　　要：地区主导产业关乎到具体地区经济发展趋势和发展状况。对重庆地区32个细分行业进行绛维分析,对关于行业的区位商、资产利税率以及市场占有率等11个指标进行主成因子分析,以各主成干特征值在提取的主成干总特征值的比例为权重,构建地区主导产业综合评价模型。主导产业综合评价指数排名中,汽车制造业以及铁路、船舶以及其他运输设备制造业的综合评价指数均大于5,在重庆地区的区位优势显著,发展潜力较大。但是,作为地区主导产业,汽车制造业也无法摆脱长久以来我国汽车工业面临的通病,因此,在继续其作为地区主导产业的同时,还需企业和政府联手,提升地区汽车产业的整体竞争力。Regional leading industry have an. impact on. the economic development and trend of the specific areas. This article will analyze the 32 subdivision, industry in. Chongqing with the analysis method to analyze 11 index value such as industry location, quotient,assets and market share of industry. Make the weight of main, stem characteristic value to total main, stem characteristic value,and then, build regional comprehensive evalua-tion. model of dominant industry. In. the rankings of leading industry comprehensive evaluation, index. The index of motor,railway shipbuilding in-dustry and other transportation, equipment manufacturing. Industry are greater than. 5. The location, advantage of this industry in. Chongqing is sig-nificant ,and the development potential is enormous. However,as a regional leading industry,motor-car industry also can＇t get rid of the common, disadvantage of the automobile manufacturing which is faced china in. a long time. Therefore,at the same time of continuing as a regional leading in-dustries,we should make cooperation, of enterprise and government to enhance the competitiveness of the regional automobile industry.
