基于TFN-SWOT模型的新疆电力公司发展战略态势研究

摘　　要：为定量分析目前新疆电力公司所处的战略态势,首次在电网企业战略分析中引入了三角模糊数-SWOT(TFNSWOT)方法。首先,对公司的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析;其次,介绍了基于三角模糊数的指标优先权确定方法;再次,在专家调研基础上,运用三角模糊数-SWOT方法得到公司目前所处的战略态势为:外部机遇O>内部优势S>外部挑战T>内部劣势W,并给出了公司在各种态势组合下的战略优化方向;最后,提出了公司未来发展对策及建议。In order to quantitatively analyze the strategic situation, of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Company （SGXEPC） nowadays, the tri-angular fuzzy number and SWOT （TFN-SWOT） method is used in. this issue for the first time in. this paper. Firstly, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of SGXEPC were analyzed; Secondly, the index priority determination, method based on. triangular fuzzy number was in-troduced ;Then., on. the basis of specialist research, the strategic situation, of SGXEPC was deduced by employing triangular fuzzy number and SWOT method,which is opportunity （0）〉 superiority （S）〉threat （T）〉weakness （W） , and the strategic optimization, directions under various situations were also given.. Finally,future development countermeasures and suggestion, were proposed.
