摘  要:目的观察生脉散合炙甘草汤加减对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)气阴两虚型的临床疗效。方法将96例CHF气阴两虚型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组48例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加用生脉散合炙甘草汤加减,2组疗程均为4周。4周后比较2组症状的改善、中医证候积分、纽约心脏协会(NYHA)心功能分级、射血分数(EF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平。结果治疗组主要症状、中医证候积分、NYHA心功能分级、血浆EF、LVEDd、BNP水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生脉散合炙甘草汤加减治疗CHF气阴两虚型安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai San and fried glycyrrhizae decoction on chronic heart failure with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with chronic heart failure with Qi and Yin deficiency were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.48 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,48 cases in the treatment group were treated with additional Shengmai San and fried glycyrrhizae decoction based on the conventional therapy in the control group.The period of treatment of two groups lasted for 4 weeks.Some cardiac function indexes were observed and determined,such as the symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom score,cardiac function classification of New York Heart Association(NYHA),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),plasma natriuretic peptide(BNP)before and after treatmant.Results The indexes of the treatment group on the major symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom score,NYHA cardiac function classification,EF,LVEDd and BNP in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengmai San and fried glycyrrhizae decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi and Yin deficiency is effective and safe,it is worth clinical promotion.
