温针灸结合中药薰药对类风湿性关节炎活动期的治疗作用  

Therapeutic Effect of Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Patient in Active Stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸结合中药熏药对类风湿性关节炎活动期的治疗作用。方法选择2013年6月—2015年6月本院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,其中对照组给予温针灸治疗,观察组给予温针灸联合中药熏药治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数以及晨僵时间、功能障碍指数均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合中药熏药治疗类风湿性关节炎效果更好,可显著改善患者临床症状,值得临床推荐。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patient in active stage of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Ninety cases of rheumatoid arthritis in active stage were divided into observation group and control group randomly with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of warming needle moxibustion.The observation group was given the treatment of warming needle moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The clinical effect was observed and compared between two groups.Results After the treatment,the joint pain index,joint swelling index,joint tenderness index,morning stiffness time and disability index in observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in observation group was 100%,being obviously higher than 84.44%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of warming needle moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a good effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
