摘　　要：综合化技术的发展对产品的测试性提出了很高的要求,文章对核心处理平台的测试性设计进行了探讨,重点从机内测试系统、自动测试系统和故障预测与健康管理三方面对测试性设计进行分析。The development of the integrated technology puts forward the high requirements for the testability of the product？This paper focuses on the analysis of the testability design from three aspects：build-in-test system,automatic test system and the fault prediction and health management？
