中药合剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芦荟、猴头菇、灵芝(中药)合剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠胃黏膜的影响。方法:采用热盐水复制CAG模型,分模型组、中药高、中、低剂量干预组、胶体果胶铋对照组。给药12周后观察大鼠胃黏膜变化,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:中药高、中、低剂量组可显著升高CAG大鼠SOD活性(P<0.05),除高剂量组外,MDA值降低(P<0.05);中药能够改善热盐水CAG模型大鼠的炎症反应,使MDA下降、SOD上升,同时对胃黏膜具有一定的修复作用。结论:芦荟、猴头菇、灵芝对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜具有一定的保护作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of aloe vera,hericium erinaceus and ganoderma lucidum on gastric mucosa in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Methods：Thc chronic atrophic gastritis of model rats was established by hot saline water. These rats were di／aded into model control group, Chinese traditional medicine high, medium and low dose intervention groups and colloid pectin bismuth control group. After 12 weeks of administration, the variation of gastric mucasa was obsen^ed Values of MDA and SOD were measured Results：The activity of SOD was significantly increased （P〈0. 05） in rats of all Qiinese traditional medicine concentration groufs. G〉mp〉ared with model control group,the MDA was significantly reduced （P〈0 . 05） except for high concentration group. These Chinese traditioml medicines could improve the inflammation of CAG of model rats made by the hot saline water, decline the values of MDA, and raise the values of SOD. At the same time, they liave repairing effect on the gastric mucosa. Conclusion： Qiinese traditional medicine aloe vera, Hcricium Erinaceus？and Ganoderma lucidum have the protective effect on gastric mucosa of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.
