某三甲医院医务人员主观幸福感、自我效能感和生活满意度的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:了解某三级甲等综合医院医务人员生活满意度、自我效能感与主观幸福感的特点及三者的关系,探讨相应对策,以期达到提高医护人员心理健康水平。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,应用一般资料调查问卷、主观幸福感量表、生活满意度量表和自我效能感量表,对芜湖市某三甲医院399名在职医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:医务人员幸福感指数平均(9.01±2.04)分,低于成人常模(t=-27.45,P<0.01),中度幸福感占69.2%;自我效能感、生活满意度及其各维度与主观幸福感呈显著正相关;回归分析显示,生活满意度、自我效能感对主观幸福感具有正向预测作用,其中影响最显著的预测变量为生活满意度。结论:医务人员主观幸福感处于中等水平,生活满意度、自我效能感是影响医务人员主观幸福感的重要因素,可通过提高医务人员生活满意度、自我效能感以增强其主观幸福感。Ob je c t iv e： T o u n d e rs ta n d th e re la tio n sh ip b etwe en life s a t is fa c t io n , self-efficacy and subjective well-being of medical staff in a third- level grade-A general hospi tal ,and to discuss cor responding countermeasures in order to improve their mental health. Methods： A randomized c lu s te r sam p lin g m etho d was used to in v e s tig a te 399 in-service medical s ta f f in a third-clas s f irst class hospi tal in Wuhu City by using general quest ionnai re,subject ive well-being scale, l ife sat is fact ion scale and self-efficacy scale. Results： H ap p in e s s index ave rag e p o ints of medical s ta f f （9 . 01 ＋ 2. 0 4 ） w as lower th an th a t of ad u lt norm（^=27. 45？P〈0. 01） ,and moderate happiness accounted for 69. 2% ; S elf-e f f ic a cy ,life sa t is fa c t io n and th e i r d im en sion s were positively cor related with subjective well-being （ P〈C 0. 01）; Regression analysis showed that life sat isfact ion （B = 0. 152） and self-efficacy （B=0. 103） had positive predictive ef fect on subjective wel l-being,among which the most signif icant predictor was life satisfact ion. Conclusion：The subjunctive wel l-being of medical staff is at the middle level. Life satisfact ion and self-efficacy are impor tant factors that af fect the subjective wel l-being of medical personnel . Subject ive wel l-being can be enhanced by improving thei r life sativsfaction and self-efficacy.
