长治地区血清同型半胱氨酸临床参考范围的建立

摘　　要：目的:建立长治地区血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的临床参考范围。方法:通过Beckman Coulter AU5821全自动生化分析仪,对2 176例体检中心健康人群标本进行分析,检测HCY,以确定HCY的参考范围。结果:健康成人男性HCY检测值显著高于女性(P<0.05),各年龄组之间HCY的水平有较显著性差异(P<0.05),且随着年龄增长,同型半胱氨酸有增高趋势。结论:同型半胱氨酸值存在着年龄与性别的差异,本实验室建立了长治地区健康人群不同年龄阶段的血清同型半胱氨酸参考范围。Ob je c t iv e T o es ta b l ish th e clinical re fe ren ce range of h om o cy steine （HCY） in Changzhi City. Me th o d s： Through Beckman Coul ter AU5821 automat ic biochemical analyzer,a total of 2 176 cases of heal thy adul t specimens from Physical Examination Center were analyzed for HCY, to determine the reference range of HCY. Results： T h e d e te ct io n of HCY in heal thy male adul ts was signif icantly higher than that in females（P〈0 . 0 5 ） . And th e re were s ignif icant d ifferences among age groups （P 〈 0. 05）,And th e re was an increasing tren d in HCY with th e g row th of age. C o n c lu s io n： T h e homocysteine values had signif icant difference in age and gender. In this study？ serum homocysteine reference ranges in dif ferent age groups of heal thy people were establ ished in Changzhi City.
