摘 要:为探讨牡丹根际微生物与中药材道地性及株龄的相关性.采用平板计数法研究了五产区牡丹根际土壤三大微生物类群的数量变化.结果显示牡丹根际微生物数量由高到低产区排序如下.细菌:洛阳>铜陵>亳州>南陵>菏泽,放线菌:铜陵>亳州>菏泽>洛阳>南陵,真菌:洛阳>菏泽>亳州>铜陵>南陵.其中细菌和放线菌数量在不同产区间差异不显著(P>0.05),而真菌则在铜陵、南陵与亳州、洛阳间差异极显著(P<0.01).不同株龄南陵产区牡丹根际微生物数量由高到低排序如下.细菌:1龄>3龄>2龄>4龄>5龄,放线菌:1龄>4龄>2龄>3龄>5龄,真菌:1龄>5龄>4龄>3龄>2龄,其中根际细菌和放线菌数量在1-5龄间差异不显著(P>0.05),而真菌则在1龄与2龄、2龄与5龄间差异显著(P<0.05).结果表明牡丹根际细菌、放线菌数量在道地与非道地产区间无规律,但道地产区根际真菌数量显著低于非道地产区.道地产区牡丹根际细菌、放线菌数量随牡丹株龄增加总体呈下降趋势,真菌呈1龄最高、2龄最低且2-5龄缓慢升高的变化规律,有从高肥的"细菌主导型"向低肥的"真菌主导型"趋势发展.In order to explore the correlation between characteristic of geo- authentic, plant age and quantity of rhizosphere microorganism in Paeonia suffruticosa An d r. . The plate counting was used to reveal the quantity changes of three major kinds of rhizosphere microorganism in Paeonia suffruticosa from five main producing regions. The results show: i t showed that the regions were arranged on quantity of rhizosphere microorganism from the high to the low: f irs t, bacteria: Luoyang 〉 Tbngling 〉 Bozhou 〉 Nanling 〉 Heze, second, actinomyces : Tbngling 〉 Bozhou 〉 Heze 〉 Luoyang 〉 Nanling, third, fungus: Luoyang 〉 Heze 〉 Bozhou 〉 Tbngling 〉 Nanling; the quantity of rhizosphere bacteria and rhizosphere actinomyces among different producing regions did not reach significant levels ( P 〉 0.05), but there were highly significangt difference on quantity of rhizosphere fungus between Tbngling , Nanling and Bozhou, Luoyang (P 〈 0.01). The plant ages were aranged on quantity of rhizosphere microorganism from the high to the low: f irs t, bacteria: 1 year- old 〉3 year- old〉2 year- old〉4 year- o ld〉 5 year- o ld, second, actinomyces: 1 year- o ld〉 4 year- o ld〉 2 year- old〉 3 year- old 〉5 year- old, third , fungus: 1 year- o ld〉 5 year- o ld〉 4 year- old〉 3 year- o ld〉 2 year- old. There were no significant difference on quantity of rhizosphere bacteria and rhizosphere actinomyces in different plant ages( P 〉 0.05), but the quantity of rhizosphere fungus between 1 year-old and 2 year- o ld , 2 year-old and 5 year-old reached significant levels (P 〈 0.05). The conclusions indicated: there was no regularity on quantity of rhizosphere bacteria and rhizosphere actinomyces in genuine and non-genuine producing regions, but the quantity of rhizosphere fungus in genuine producing regions were signific
