摘　　要：以问卷调查的形式,对安徽省社会公众的知识产权意识、行为选择和情感需求等方面进行了有针对性的调查和分析,认为安徽公众的知识产权文化素养较为薄弱,具体表现为知识产权意识比较薄弱,行为选择存在失范现象,但总体的情感需求较为强烈,因此需要建立以政府为主导、以高校和企业为主体、以媒体为支撑、社会公众广泛参与的联动体系和机制,系统地培养与提升公众知识产权文化素养.Anhui Province public intellectual property cultural literacy in the form of questionnaire survey, in Anhui Province public awareness of intellectual property rights , behavioral and emotional needs, for according to the investigation and analysis, the survey found , Anhui Province public intellectual property culture is relatively weak, specific performance for intellectual property awareness than the weak, the choice of lose Fan phenomenon, but the emotional needs of the overall more strongly. Need to establish a government le d , universities and enterprises as the main fo rce, linkage system and mechanism fo r broad participation of the whole society, to support the public media system, the cultivation and promotion of intellectual property culture public literacy.
