摘　　要：从装配式住宅内装对装配率、模数协调和干式工法的需求分析着手,指出装配式内装的电气部品在标准制订、部品认证、设计配合和施工中存在的诸多问题,进而提出优良电气部品的选用和安装工法的改进。This paper points out the existing problems in the standard establishment, parts certification, design cooperation and construction of the assembled electrical parts from the analysis on demand of assembled ratio, modular coordination and dry methods in assembled residences and puts forward the selection of electrical parts and the improvement of the installation method.
