摘 要:本研究建立了一种采用γ能谱仪检测化妆品中放射性核素铯-134和铯-137的方法。鉴于化妆品样品一般都很均匀,可采用直接装样的方式使用γ能谱仪进行测量。方法对铯-134和铯-137的判断限分别为2.93 Bq/kg和2.33 Bq/kg,推荐探测下限均为10 Bq/kg,平均回收率在89%~106%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%。使用该方法对国内外有代表性的626份样品进行检测,发现铯-134和铯-137的检测结果均低于方法的检出限。经化妆品放射性物质含量安全评估,本方法所确定的推荐探测下限能够满足公众使用化妆品的安全保证需求。A new method for determination of Cs - 134 and Cs - 137 in cosmetics by gamma spectrometer was established, As samples of cosmetics were uniform generally, they could be measured by gamma spectrometer after being loaded in the measure boxes directly. The decision thresholds of this method for Cs - 134 and Cs - 137 were 2.93 Bq/kg, 2.33 Bq/kg, respectively. The recommend lower limit of determination was 10 Bq/kg, The average recoveries were 89% to 106% with the relative standard deviation lower than 10%. The measured results of 626 cosmetic samples by this method were all lower than the lower limit. It was confirmed that the lower limit of determination for this method could meet the safety requirements of public through evaluating the intensity of radiation in cosmetics.
