摘　　要：为更好发挥中国机车远程监测与诊断系统(CMD系统)应用效果,固化应用功能的操作流程,细化相关岗位的作业标准,探讨机务段业务用户使用CMD系统的规范化流程,按不同岗位介绍CMD系统应用功能的使用场景和操作方法,利用机务段数据交换中心,整合机车车载数据资源,为运用、安全、整备、检修等应用提供统一的信息共享接口,解决各应用系统分散独立、资源共享差、难以实现综合利用的问题。In order to make the best use of the application effects of China Locomotive Remote Monitoring and Diagnosis System （CMD system）, solidify operation process of the application, specify operation standard of involving posts, and discuss standard process for the users from locomotive depot of CMD system, the paper introduces the application scenarios and operation methods of CMD system according to different posts, integrates locomotive onboard data resources via data exchange center of locomotive deport and provides a unified information sharing interlace for operation, safety, preparation and maintenance to solve the problems of different application systems, e.g. independence among systems, poor information sharing, comprehensive utilization.
