摘 要:外窗是建筑外围护结构中保温性能最薄弱的部位,其长期使用能耗占到整个建筑长期使用能耗的50%以上.因此提高建筑外窗的保温性能对降低建筑物长期使用能耗具有重大意义.在建筑节能中对围护结构的重要部位—外窗采取必要的有效措施可使建筑能耗大大减少.因此,对于措施之一的悬挂外置式保温窗帘的可行性进行具体研究是十分必要的.本文以张家口市某一既有住宅建筑的节能改造为例,利用DeST-h软件分别对住宅建筑外窗设置保温窗帘和不设置保温窗帘两种情况下的采暖季单位建筑面积能耗情况进行模拟分析.并将其能耗值进行对比,通过对比分析在满足既有住宅建筑节能改造造价和节能规范的双重要求下,为严寒地区既有住宅建筑窗户节能改造方法的选择提供相关理论依据.Building outside the window is the weakest in the envelope heat preservation performance parts,its long-term use of the energy consumption can be accounted for over 50% of the energy consumption of the building use for a long time. Thus improve the thermal performance of build- ing outside the window it is of great significance to reduce energy consumption of building use for a long time. To the important parts of the enclosure structure in building energy efficiency, outside the window to take effective measures to make the building energy consumption greatly reduced. Therefore, for one of the measures of suspension feasibility of external curtain is specific research is very necessary. Based on the existing residential building energy-saving reform, for example, zhangjiakou respectively using DeST-h software set insulation for residential building outside the window curtain and not set insulation curtain two season heating energy consumption per unit floor area of simulation analysis. And compare the values of energy consumption, through the a- nalysis in the energy-saving reform of existing residential buildings, energy conservation and cost required by the specification, for cold area provided for selection of existing residential building energy-saving Windows modification measures.
