摘  要:目的探讨乌蕨对2型糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用。方法通过4周高脂饮食结合腹腔注射链脲菌素(STZ)(35 mg/kg),建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型。模型小鼠同时口服乌蕨4周,对照组小鼠正常饮食,腹腔未注射STZ。然后利用半定量RT-PCR、生化检测等方法进行相关分析。结果与对照组相比,胰岛素抵抗组小鼠胰岛素水平降低。与胰岛素抵抗组比较,乌蕨组胰岛素水平增加。胰岛素抵抗组中胰岛素信号分子IRS-1和IRS-2表达降低。相比较,胰岛素抵抗组中FAS表达增高,而乌蕨组FAS表达降低,PPAR-α表达增高。结论乌蕨可改善2型糖尿病引起的胰岛素抵抗。Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of stenoloma chusana in diabetic mice. Methods The type 2 diabetes mice model was established by four-week high-fat dieting and peritoneal injection of STZ of 35 mg/kg, and the model mice took the stenoloma chusana orally, and the control group ate food normally, and did not undergo the peritoneal injection of STZ, and then the correlation analysis was conducted by the semiquantitative RT-PCR and biochemical test meth- ods. Results The insulin level in the insulin resistance group decreased compared with that in the control group, and the insulin level in the stenoloma chusana group increased compared with that in the insulin resistance group, and the insulin signaling molecule IRS-1 and IRS-2 expressions in the insulin resistance group decreased, and the FAS expression in- creased in the insulin resistance group and the FAS expression decreased in the stenoloma chusana group, but the PPAR-α expression increased in the stenoloma chusana group. Conclusion Stenoloma chusana can improve the insulin resistance caused by the type 2 diabetes.
