超声对56例妊娠糖尿病胎儿左室形态及功能的动态观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对妊娠糖尿病胎儿左室形态及功能的动态监测结果。方法取2015年1月—2017年1月间该院收治的56例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(糖尿病组)和56名正常妊娠孕妇(健康组)进行研究,对所有孕妇均实施胎儿超声心动图动态监测,对比两组胎儿左室形态及功能状况。结果糖尿病组胎儿IVWT、IVSs、IVSd及LCO、左室Tei指数与健康组相比明显较高,E/AMV、E/ATV与健康组相比明显较低(P<0.05)。结论超声对妊娠糖尿病胎儿左室形态及功能的动态监测效果显著。Objective To study the dynamic monitoring results of ultrasound in the left ventricular shape and function of fetuses with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 56 cases of delivery women with diabetes and 56 cases of normal deliv- ery women admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected for research, and all de- livery women adopted the ultrasound cardiogram dynamic monitoring and the left ventricular shape and function were com- pared between the two groups. Results The IVWT, IVSs, IVS, dLCO, left ventricular tei index in the diabetic group were obviously higher than those in the health group, and E/AMV and E/ATV were obviously lower than those in the health group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The dynamic monitoring effect of ultrasound in the left ventricular shape and function of fetuses with gestational diabetes mellitus is obvious.
