推拿疗法防治糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过对该院收治的部分糖尿病患者进行不同方式的治疗,根据治疗效果判断推拿疗法对糖尿病周围神经病变的防治是否具有显著的效果,从而判断该种治疗方法在临床治疗过程中是否值得进行推广,促进我国医疗事业的发展。方法将2016年1月—2017年1月在该院进行治疗的80例糖尿病患者平均分为两组进行对照实验,每组均为40例,观察组在进行常规治疗之外加以推拿疗法对其进行治疗,对照组采取常规的药物治疗,经过一段时间后,观察两组患者的糖尿病治疗情况以及周围神经病变情况。结果在经过一段时间的治疗之后,两组患者的糖尿病均有显著的好转,但是相对来说,使用推拿疗法进行治疗的患者要比常规药物进行治疗的患者周围神经发生病变的几率小得多。结论对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比可以得到结论,推拿疗法对糖尿病周围神经病变的防治具有非常显著的作用,能够在很大程度上减轻患者的痛苦,在临床治疗上值得进行推广。Objective To determine the effect of naprapathy in controlling the diabetic neuropathy thus determining whether the treatment method is worth promotion in the treatment course in order to promote the development of medical cause in China. Methods 80 cases of diabetes patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the observation group added the naprapathy on the basis of the routine treat- ment, while the control group adopted the routine drug treatment, and the diabetes treatment and neuropathy of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, both groups were improved, but the probability of diabetic neuropathy in patients with naprapathy was much lower than that of patients with routine drug treatment. Condusion The naprapathy has an obvious effect on the control of the diabetic neuropathy, which can greatly relieve the pains of patients, and it is worth promotion in clinical treatment.
