摘  要:目的研究秦皮等10种中药在体外对白色念珠菌浮游菌和生物膜的抑制作用。方法 10种中药为秦皮、高良姜、地肤子、黄连、白头翁、土槿皮、白蔹、栀子、大黄、鱼腥草,分别用水煎煮浓缩为1 g/L。XTT减低法检测10种中药对抑制白色念珠菌50%生物膜(SMIC50)的浓度,血清芽管试验。结果黄连、秦皮和土槿皮对白色念珠菌芽管的抑制较为明显,黄连SMIC50为31.25mg/L,秦皮和土槿皮均为62.5 mg/L,地肤子、白头翁等在500 mg/L时仍未见抑菌效果。结论黄连、秦皮和土槿皮对白色念珠菌生物膜具有明显抑菌效果,地肤子、白头翁的抑菌效果不太明显。Objective To study the Cortex Fraxini and other 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) on Candida Albicans and biofilm in vitro inhibition. Methods 10 kinds of TCM for Cortex Fraxini,Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum,Fructus Kochiae Scopariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Pulsatillae,Cortex Pseudolaricis,Radix Ampelopsis,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Rheum palmatum L.,Herba Houttuyniae were boiled with water to 1g/L,respectively.XTT reduction method to detect 10 kinds of TCM on the inhibition of Candida albicans 50% biofilm( SMIC50)concentration,and serum germ tube tests were done. Result Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Fraxini,and Cortex Pseudolaricis on the inhibition of the germ were more obvious,SMIC50 of Rhizoma Coptidis is 31. 25mg/L,and Cortex Fraxini and Cortex Pseudolaricis are 62. 5mg/L. Fructus Kochiae Scopariae,Radix Pulsatillae,etc. have not seen antibacterial effect at 500mg/L. Conclusion In 10 kinds of TCM,Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Fraxini and Cortex Pseudolaricis have obvious bacteriostatic effect on the biofilm,and the bacteriostatic effect of Fructus Kochiae Scopariae and Radix Pulsatillae is not obvious.
