摘　　要：随着网络技术的不断发展,使得网络视频的应用研究成为新的研究热点.针对用户请求异构性和服务器资源分配的问题,本文对传统的视频直播技术架构及存储和调度机制进行研究,提出了一种基于混合云存储的可扩展视频编码视频直播存储及调度机制.仿真数据表明,该机制能明显降低视频直播系统中的网络延迟.The application of network video has become a new research hotspot with the development of network technology. After analyzing the traditional technical architecture of live video broadcast and the mechanism of storage and dispatch, a storage and distribution mechanism of scalable video coding is proposed based on hybrid cloud in this paper in view of the problem of both the heterogeneity of user request and resource allocation. Finally, conclusions are confirmed through the simulation data that the mechanism can significantly reduce the network delay in the video streaming system.
