摘　　要：以沈阳市浑南区智慧城市建设融资概况为切入点,在分析沈阳市浑南区智慧城市建设融资现状的基础上,对建设融资方面存在的问题进行了剖析,并结合国内外智慧城市建设融资经验对沈阳市浑南区智慧城市建设融资提出了合理化建议,以期为智慧浑南的建设做好战略引导。This paper regards the situation of the fund-raising of the smart city of Hunnan District in Shenyang as the breakthrough point.It deeply analyzes financing bottleneck in terms of fund-raising on the basis of the financing state,and combines with the experiences of fund-raising at home and abroad to put forward suggestions on fund-raising of the smart city of Hunnan NewDistrict in Shenyang so as to guide the wisdom construction of the Hunnan District.
