摘　　要：【目的】优选巴布剂基质,制备消肿止痛中药巴布剂。【方法】用分相溶解法制备巴布剂,在预实验基础上选择影响因素较大的NP700、甘油、甘羟铝等3个因素进行正交设计,以黏附性、残留情况和外观情况作为评价指标对所制巴布剂进行质量评价。【结果】实验确定了消肿止痛巴布剂基质的最优处方为4.9%Np-700、0.25%甘羟铝、20%甘油、0.115%EDTA-2Na及0.211%枸橼酸。【结论】所筛选的巴布剂基质黏附性好、载药量高、易于剥离,药物基本无外溢,使用后无残留。【Objective】To screen the matrix of detumescent and analgesic cataplasm and prepare the detumescent and analgesic cataplasm.【Methods】The cataplasm was prepared by the split-phase dissolution method. Based on the preliminary experiment, the orthogonality test was conducted on the three influencing factors of NP-700, glycerol and glucalox. The cataplasm quality was evaluated in adhesion, residual condition and appearance.【Results】The optimum matching of detumescent and analgesic cataplasm matrix was identified as follows： 4.9% Np-700, 0.25% glucalox, 20% glycerol, 0.115% EDTA-2Na and 0.211% citric acid.【Conclusion】The screened cataplasm matrix is of good adhesion, high drug loading capacity, fine stripping quality, no drug spillover and no residue after use.
