手机辐射对成年男性离体精子运动的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究手机辐射对成年男性离体精子活力、活率等指标的影响。方法在门诊生育查体人群中随机选择60例精液常规正常的男性精液标本为研究对象。每份标本均分为2份,分别入组实验组和对照组。从精子活力、活率及计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)运动参数比较两组结果的差异。结果实验组的前向运动精子比例、总活动率及存活率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的精子平均曲线速率(VCL)、平均直线速率(VSL)、平均路径速率(VAP)均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),运动的直线性(LIN)、运动的前向性(STR)、运动的摆动性(WOB)差异有显著性(P<0.01),而精子头侧摆幅度(ALH)和鞭打频率(BCF)组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手机辐射可致前向运动精子百分率、总活动率、精子活率降低,且精子运动的速率、运动位移程度和运动方式均受到影响。Objective To investigate the influences of mobile phone radiation on the motility and viability of adult human sperm in vitro. Methods Sixty semen samples out of patients with normal semen parameters were randomly selected,and divided into two equal parts after semen analysis： experimental group and control group. The sperm motility,sperm viability and relevant parameter with computer aided sperm analysis（ CASA） of two groups were contrasted and analyzed. Results The radiation group showed significantly decreased in forward movement sperm than the control group,and the same with sperm motility and sperm viability（ P〈0. 05）. The curvilinear velocity（ VCL）,traight line velocity（ VSL）,average path velocity（ VAP） were remarkably decreased in the radiation group than in the control（ P〈0. 01）.Linearity（ LIN）,wobble（ WOB）,straightness（ STR） of two parts were statistically different（ P〈0. 01）; However,no statistically differences were found between the two groups in amplitude of lateral head displacement（ ALH） and beat cross frequency（ BCF）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mobile phone radiation reduces the progressive motility,sperm motility and viability of human sperm and influence the sperm motility rate,movement displacement and mode of exercise.
