畜禽粪便固液分离机作业效果评价指标的研究

摘　　要：畜禽粪便固液分离机结构形式不同、作业环境条件不同、处理对象不同,其作业效果难以用现有的评价指标进行横向比较,目前的评价指标对于用户选择或是质量评价来说还不够完善,还缺乏科学的评价指标。因此,对畜禽粪便固液分离机作业效果的评价指标进行深入研究显得尤为重要。笔者结合多年的测试经验,提出了固形物去除率这一评价指标,为有效评价畜禽粪便固液分离机作业效果,提供了科学依据和评价方法。Different structure forms of livestock and poultry waste solid liquid separator working under different environment conditions, dealing with different objects, its operation effect is difficult to use the existing evaluation index transverse comparison, evaluation of livestock and poultry waste solid liquid separator operation effects for the user to select or quality evaluation is the lack of a scientific evaluation index. Therefore, it＇s particularly important to in-depth study evaluation index of livestock and poultry waste solid liquid separator operation effects.The author puts forward the evaluation index combined with years of experience in test, the removal rate of solids for effective evaluation of livestock and poultry waste solid liquid separator operation effect, provides scientific basis and evaluation method.
