摘　　要：数字文化资源跨机构整合对保护文化遗产、完善公共文化服务有重要意义。从数字文化资源跨机构整合的类型与内容、人才保障与技术支持、整合效果等方面切入,对美国艾米莉·迪金森数字档案馆展开分析,梳理其整合过程中遇到的自身定位、所有权归属、内容标准、管理体制、资金保障五个问题。认为我国数字文化资源跨机构整合要制定战略目标与政策保障,构建数字文化资源整合体系,推广项目化合作模式,完善跨机构整合机制。The integration of digital cultural resources across institutions is of great significance to the protection of cultural heritage and the improvement of public cultural services. This paper analyzes the Emily Dickinson Archives from the type and content, personnel support and technical support, effect of digital cultural resources inter-agency integration, etc., then describes five issues： self-positioning, ownership, content standards, management system and funding during the integration. The paper suggests that we should formulate strategic objectives and policy guarantee, construct digital cultural resources integration system, promote the project cooperation model and improve inter-agency integration mechanism in the integration of digital cultural resources across institutions in China.
