摘 要:淮南矿区煤炭资源虽然富足,但按照GB/T219-2008《煤灰熔融性的测定方法》对淮南煤的煤灰熔融性测定,淮南矿区高灰分煤较多,灰熔融性温度基本都高于1500℃,无法直接用于液态排渣的气化炉。为了让淮南的高灰分煤能够应用于Texaco气化技术,本文研究了配煤和添加助熔剂对高灰熔点淮南煤煤灰熔融特性的影响。实验结果表明,配煤和添加助熔剂均能降低淮南煤灰熔点。SH煤的配煤效果要好于YM煤。添加60%的SH煤可以使得淮南煤灰熔点降至1350℃。FHD#和KZ5#助熔剂的助熔效果要好于KZ1#和KZ19#。5%FHD#和KZ5#的添加量可以使得淮南煤灰熔点降至1350℃。Though the coal research is of richness in Huainan coal zone, according to the method of measuring the fusibility of coal ash by GB/T219-2008, the ash fusibility of Huainan coal is determined, most kinds of Huainan coal are with high ash and ash melting temperatures are higher than 1500 ℃, they are not suitable for liquid slagging burners. The effect of coal blending and addition of flux on Huainan coal ash melting point was investigated. The experimental results indicated that the ash melting point of Huainan coal ash could be reduced by the means of coal blending and flux addition. Adding 60% SH coal can decrease the ash melting point to 1350 ℃, which was better than that of YM addition. Adding 5% FHD# and KZS# can reduce the ash melting point of Huainan coal to 1350℃, whereas addition ratio of 10% was needed for KZ1# and KZ19#.
