摘  要:现在谷氨酸发酵产酸率都有了很大的提高,但谷氨酸提取收率却一直偏低,只有88%左右,且中和液质量偏差,脱色成本较高。首先采用超滤膜对发酵液除菌体,再用纳膜进行脱色,然后再等电结晶。结果表明:提取收率可提高3%左右,产品质量得到很大提高,指标均高于原工艺,脱色活性炭消耗降低50%左右。因此在原有提取工艺基础上,增加超滤膜和纳膜系统对谷氨酸发酵液进行预处理,优化了谷氨酸生产工艺。Glutamic acid fermentation acidification rate now has the very big enhancement,but the glutamic acid extraction yield has been on the low side,only about 88%,with the neutralization liquid quality deviation,decolorizing cost is higher.Ultrafiltration membrane was first used for fermented liquid in removal of bacteria,then nano membrane was used for decoloring,isoelectric point crystallization was carried out.The results showed that extraction yield can be improved by about 3%,the product quality was greatly improved,indicators were higher than the original technology,decolorizing activated carbon consumption was around 50%.On the basis of original extraction process,by increasing the ultrafiltration membrane and nano membrane system of glutamic acid fermentation liquor pretreatment,glutamic acid production process was optimized.
