摘 要:毒死蜱是我国广泛使用的广谱杀虫剂,本文建立了基于HPLC和固相萃取小柱联用的毒死蜱在土壤中残留的检测方法,以毒死蜱浓度(mg/L)为横坐标、峰面积(mAu·min)为纵坐标绘制标准曲线,y=10.5513x+0.3840,R=0.9999,检测限为0.1 mg/L。并对样品前处理方法进行了优化,选取了除杂效果较好、回收率较高且成本低廉的自制复合硅土固相萃取小柱。并且通过对三份土壤样品的检验验证了本方法的实用性。Chlorpyrifos is a widely used broad-spectrum pesticide in China.In present study,a method was established to determine the chlorpyrifos residue in soil based on HPLC coupled with solid phase extraction(SPE)column.The working curve was plotted using the concentration of chlorpyrifos(mg/L) as X-axis and peak area(m Au·min) as Y-axis.The regression equation was y=10.5513x+0.3840(R=0.9999).The detection limit was 0.1 mg/L.The sample preparation method was optimized.A lab-made composite diatomite SPE column was selected due to its good purification effect,relatively high recoveries and low cost.The practicability of this method was also validated through testing of three soil samples.
