化工专业生产实习中存在的问题及对策浅析

摘　　要：化学工程与工艺专业作为典型的工科专业,工程特点显著、专业口径宽、覆盖面广。高校化工专业安排生产实习环节必不可少,是贯彻理论联系实际教学原则的具体体现。本文首先详细分析了化工专业生产实习的必要性,其次探讨了现阶段生产实习中存在问题,并最后在此基础上提出要重点建设一批校企共建产学研基地,加快建设虚拟仿真实训基地和实验室,同时重视企业文化管理等方面的学习。As a typical major of Engineering, Chemical Engineering has the main characteristics of significant engineering, wide profession and coverage. Production practice for Chemical Engineering is very necessary in universities, and it is the embodiment of the principle of integrating theory with practice teaching. The necessity of production practice of Chemical Engineering was analyzed, and the problems in the production practice were discussed. Based on the detailed analysis of current problems of production practice, some key construction factors were proposed： significantly joint- constructing a group of school-enterprise production base, speeding up the construction of virtual reality training bases and laboratories and attaching great importance on the culture and management of enterprise.
