摘　　要：目的对抗生素骨水泥填塞治疗慢性跟骨骨髓炎的效果进行研究探讨,以供参考。方法选取我院2015年1月1日~2016年12月1日收治的慢性跟骨骨髓炎患者7例作为本次的研究对象,对7例患者采取抗生素骨水泥填塞治疗,对其治疗效果进行观察记录。结果患者7例中,患者在Ⅰ期治疗中痊愈6例,患者出现轻度伤口感染1例,半年后患者7例的随访结果中,无复发患者。结论在慢性跟骨骨髓炎患者的治疗中,选择抗生素骨水泥填塞治疗,治疗效果较好,操作方法简单,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antibiotic bone cement packing in the treatment of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis, for reference.Methods from January 1,2015 to December 1,2016,in 7 cases of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis patients treated in our hospital as the research object of this, take antibiotic bone cement plugging treatment on 7 patients that was recorded on the effect of the treatment.Results among 7 patients,6 patients in the first stage of treatment cured,1 patients had mild wound infection,7 cases of patients after six months of follow-up,no recurrence.Conclusion in the treatment of patients with chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis The treatment, choice of antibiotic bone cement filling treatment, good treatment effect, simple operation, with a high clinical value.
