摘 要:目的探讨分析通过腔镜微创手术进行教学的效果。方法以本科阶段实习学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组10人。对传统临床带教与传统临床带教与部分病例腔镜微创手术教学结合的教学情况进行统计学分析,研究腔镜微创手术在教学中的应用效果并进行相应评价。结果传统临床带教与部分病例腔镜微创手术教学结合组的教学效果优于单独传统临床带教组。结论在心胸外科教学中,传统临床带教与部分病例腔镜微创手术教学结合的教学方式更能提高教学质量。Objective Discuss analysis, through minimally invasive endoscopic surgery teaching effect. Methods To undergraduate students for the study were divided into two groups, each group of 10 people.The traditional clinical teaching with traditional clinical teaching combined with minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in some cases teaching the teaching of statistical analysis and study on application of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery teaching effect and evaluate it accordingly. Results The traditional clinical teaching and in some cases endoscopic minimally invasive surgery is superior to the traditional teaching of the teaching effect of clinical teaching group. Conclusion In cardiothoracic surgery teaching in clinical teaching of traditional and minimally invasive endoscopic surgery teaching in some cases a combination of teaching methods to improve teaching quality.
