摘  要:通过检索近年来国内外文献,对薜荔的化学成分及药理活性的研究现状与进展进行了综述。简述了薜荔中黄酮类、萜类、糖类等多种化合物研究概况,并对其在抗菌、抗氧化、降血糖、抗肿瘤等药理活性进行了阐述,现代研究结果显示薜荔可用于肠道癌、淋巴癌、乳腺癌、食道癌等的治疗。本文为薜荔的深入研究和临床应用提供科学依据。Through reviewing the relative literatures at home and abroad in recent years, the research progress in the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of Ficuspumila L. was summarized. The study situation of flavonoids, terpenoids and carbo- hydrates et al in Ficuspumila L. was reviewed, and such pharmacological activities as antibacterial, antioxidant, hypoglycemic and anti-tumor of Ficuspumila L. were also evaluated. The modern researches showed Ficuspumila L. could be used for the treatment of intestinal cancer, lymphoma, mammary cancer and esophagus cancer. The review provided scientific basis for the further research and clinical application of Ficuspumila L.
