皮革涂层颜色鲜艳度的涂饰工艺探讨

摘　　要：通过检测涂层的颜色鲜艳度及湿擦色牢度,探讨影响涂饰工艺的主要因素。结果表明:在试验配方和工艺条件下,涂饰剂颜料膏质量分数为12%、每遍上浆量2.8g/sf、烘干温度120~130℃时效果最佳。聚氨酯树脂、酪素可提高涂层颜色的鲜艳度,蜡、油、填料会降低鲜艳度及色牢度。配置好的涂饰浆料放置一定时间可提高涂层颜色鲜艳度。The main factors that affecting the finishing craft were discussed by detection the color brilliance and wet rubbing color fastness of coating.Results show that under the experiment formula and process conditions,the best finishing effect will be achieved when the mass fraction of pigment paste is 12%,and the sizing amount is 2.8g/sf each time,with the drying temperature of 120～ 130℃.Polyurethane resin and casein can improve the color brilliance of the coating and conversely the coating color brilliance and color fastness would reduce with the using of waxes,oils and fillers.Better coating color brilliance will be obtained when the configured finishing paste placed for a certain period.
