革屑提取胶原蛋白制备含氨基酸水溶肥的研究

摘　　要：以废弃革屑为原料,采用氧化钙水解革屑提取胶原蛋白,采用硫酸将胶原蛋白水解成便于植物吸收的氨基酸和小分子肽,螯合金属铁、锌、铜、锰,制备了微量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料。硫酸的最佳水解工艺为:水解温度110℃,硫酸用量为胶原蛋白的1.25倍,水解率可达91%。液体中游离氨基酸总量为231g/L,高出行业指标131%。制备的微量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料符合液体产品的技术指标和重金属限量要求。The microelement type water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acids was prepared by using the leather scraps as raw materials,extracting collagen from leather scraps by calcium oxide hydrolysis,hydrolyzing the extracted collagen into amino acids and small molecule peptides with sulfuric acid so as to be easily absorbed by plant,then chelating Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn.The optimum conditions of sulfuric acid hydrolysis are as follows：hydrolysis temperature is 110℃,dosages ratio of sulfuric acid and collagen is 1.25：1.The hydrolysis rate can reach 91%.The free amino acids content in fertilizer is 231 g/L,which is 131% higher than industry index.The microelement type amino acids containing water-soluble fertilizer prepared meets the technical indexes of liquid product and the heavy metal limitation requirements.
