摘　　要：东南亚早期区域合作是相关国家在不同区域意识主导下所进行的政治、经济与安全互动的结果,共分为三个阶段:1945年至1950年酝酿与起步阶段、1951年至1960年局部成长阶段和1961年至1967年分化重组阶段。在不同的历史阶段,基于不同的区域意识,东南亚早期区域合作呈现出不同的样态。东南亚早期区域合作实践留下了重要的区域性规范遗产,主要是以区域自主、主权平等、不干预主义、共识性决策、非正式的渐进主义、注重经济发展、拒绝多边军事合作和泛亚洲精神为核心的"亚洲方式"的形成。这些早期区域合作的遗产为东南亚次区域合作的制度建设及"东盟方式"创建奠定了必要的规范基础。不仅如此,东南亚早期区域合作的实践证明"亚洲方式"是东南亚乃至整个亚洲区域合作共同的"亚洲经验"。Early regional cooperation in Southeast Asia was the result of interaction between politics,economy and security,led by different types of regional consciousness.It can be divided into three stages:the stage of gestation from 1945to1950,the stage of partial regional growth from 1951to 1960,and the stage of division and reorganization from 1961to 1967.The variation in types of regional consciousness meant that Southeast Asian regional cooperation in these years took different historical forms.The practice of this early cooperation left an important legacy of regional norms in the development of the'Asian Way,'centered on regional autonomy,sovereign equality,non-intervention,consensus decisionmaking,informal incrementalism and emphasis on economic development,rejection of multilateral military cooperation and a pan-Asian spirit.This legacy has established the necessary normative foundation for the construction of sub-regional cooperation in Southeast Asia and the establishment of the ASEAN Way.Moreover,the early practice of Southeast Asian regional cooperation has proved that the'Asian Way'represents a common'Asian experience'for regional cooperation in Southeast Asia and even for the whole of Asia.
