中药灌肠结合直肠微波治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在常规治疗基础上加用中药灌肠结合直肠微波治疗慢性前列腺炎患者的疗效。方法:选取160例湿热兼血瘀型慢性前列慢性腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组各80例患者。对照组采用常规疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药灌肠结合直肠微波治疗。2组均治疗6周。观察比较2组患者治疗后美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIHCPSI)、前列腺炎检查指标的改善情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组NIH-CPSI中的疼痛评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分和总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组卵磷脂小体增加、白细胞减少和细菌感染情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。2组均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论:在常规用药基础上应用中药灌肠结合直肠微波疗法对慢性前列腺炎患者进行治疗,有助于增加卵磷脂小体、减少白细胞、杀灭细菌,显著改善患者的疼痛、排尿症状,提高生活质量,同时无明显药物不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of herbal enema combined with rectum microwave based on conventional therapy for chronic prostatitis. Methods ： Selected 160 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis with dampness-heat and blood stasis syndrome as study objects,and divided them into two groups randomly,80 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was additionally treated with herbal enema combined with rectum microwave. Observed and compared the improvements of national institutes of health chronicprostatitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI）,improvements of examination indexes of prostatitis and adverse reaction in both groups after treatment. Results ：After treatment,the pain scores,voiding symptom scores,scores of quality of life and total scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. The increase of lecithin corpuscles,decrease of white blood cells and bacterial infection in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion：The therapy of herbal enema combined with rectum microwave based on conventional therapy for chronic prostatitis is helpful to increase lecithin corpuscles,reduce white blood cells and kill bacteria. It can also effectively improve symptoms such as pain and voiding and thus enhance quality of life. The therapy is safe and effective without obvious adverse reaction.
