马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷联合安普贴治疗对压疮患者血清NO和ET-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷联合安普贴治疗对压疮患者血清一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)含量的影响。方法:选取本院收治的40例Ⅱ~Ⅲ期的压疮患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各20例。对照组予脉冲电合安普贴贴敷治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷治疗。结果:治疗前,2组血清NO及ET-1水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗21、28天及实验组治疗8、15、21、28天后,患者的血清NO水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。对照组治疗15、21、28天和实验组治疗8、15、21、28天后,患者的血清ET-1水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗8、15、21、28天后,实验组的血清NO水平均高于同期对照组(P<0.05),血清ET-1水平均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷联合安普贴治疗压疮,能提高患者血清中的NO含量和降低ET-1含量。Objective： To observe the effect of external application of Mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids ointment combined with algoplaque on contents of serum nitric oxide（NO） and endothelin-1（ET-1） in patients with pressure sore.Methods：Selected 40 cases of patients with pressure sore at stage Ⅱ to stage Ⅲ in our hospital,and divided them into the control group and the experiment group randomly,20 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with pulse electric and algoplaque,while the experiment group was additionally treated with Mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids ointment. Results：Before treatment, the comparison of levels of serum NO and ET-1 betweenthe two groups showed no significance in differences（P〈0.05）. After the control group received treatment for 21 and 28 days and the experiment group received treatment for 8,15,21 and 28 days,levels of serum NO were increased when compared with those before treatment（P〉0.05）. After the control group received treatment for 15,21 and 28 days and the experiment group received treatment for8,15,21 and 28 days,levels of serum ET-1 were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After receiving treatment for 8,15,21 and 28 days,level of serum NO in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, while level of serum ET-1 in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of external application of Mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids ointment combined with algoplaque in treating patients with pressure sore can increase contents of serum nitric oxide（NO） and endothelin-1（ET-1）.
