摘 要:金属铝粉具有活性高、熔点低以及光泽度好等优良性能,广泛用于耐火材料、颜料、涂料及印刷油墨等行业,但铝粉易与水、氧气等反应致使其优良性能降低或丧失,而铝粉表面包覆改性对提高其在腐蚀性介质中的稳定性具有重要意义。综述了目前各工业领域用铝粉包覆改性的研究进展,并分析了各包覆改性方法对耐火浇注料用铝粉包覆改性的借鉴作用,进而对耐火浇注料用铝粉包覆改性的研究重点进行了展望。Aluminum powder has high reactivity,low melting point,good glossiness,and it has been widely used in refractory materials,pigments,paints and ink printing. However,aluminum powder can react with water and O_2 easily,resulting in reduction or loss of its good performance. Surface coated modification of aluminum powder is of great significance to improve its stability in corrosive media during application. The progress in surface coated modification of aluminum powder in various industrial fields is summarized in this paper,and the references of various coated modification methods for aluminum powder used in refractory castables are analyzed. The research on surface coated modification of aluminum powder in refractory castables in future is discussed.
