摘　　要：宁夏贫困县(区)在精准扶贫与精准脱贫的进程中,农村公共文化设施"硬件"基本实现了全覆盖,建设成效显著。但这些县(区)农村公共文化设施的"软件"建设,仍存在诸多问题。贫困县(区)各级政府要实施精准措施,不断完善农村公共文化服务,补齐公共文化设施"软件"短板,提升农村公共文化建设水平。In the process of poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation in the poverty - stricken counties （districts） in Ningxia, the rural public cultural facilities ＂hardware＂ has basically achieved full coverage, and remarkable achievements have been achieved in construction. However, there are still many problems in the software construction of rural public cultural facilities in these counties （districts）. Poverty stricken counties （districts） at all levels of government should implement precise measures, and constantly improve the rural public cultural services, inadequate public cultural facilities ＂software＂ and enhance the level of rural public cultural construction.
