摘　　要：张之洞在晚清的政坛、学界均有重要地位,其著述向来受学界重视。《清代南部县衙档案》中有同治十三年张之洞担任四川学政时的牌文一篇,尚不为学界所知。牌文内容涉及张之洞任四川学政期间创办尊经书院时的背景、经费、拟名、延师、生源、膏火等信息,是迄今所见张之洞最早的公牍文章。Zhang Zhidong had an important position in the political and academic circles of the late Qing dynasty and his writings have been valued by academic circles. Nanbu Archives has conserved a valuable and unknown document that Zhang Zhidong established Zunjing Academy when he acted as provincial education commissioner in Sichuan, which is Zhang Zhidong＇s earliest official document involving the information of the background of establis- hing Zunjing Academy , funds,devising the name, hiring the teachers, the source of students and tuition fee.
