摘 要:以制革废弃物铬革屑为原料系统研究了CaO、NaOH水解革屑过程中碱用量、水解温度、水解时间、固液比对水解效果的影响,并通过水解率、水解度、特性粘数、铬含量等指标对水解产物进行表征,研究不同碱水解革屑的规律和差异。研究发现,两种碱水解铬革屑的过程相似,实验条件对水解收率的影响主次顺序为:碱用量>温度>时间>液比;氧化钙水解革屑最高水解收率工艺条件为:氧化钙用量8%、水解温度90℃、液比为10、水解时间5 h,收率达到73%;氢氧化钠水解革屑最高水解收率工艺条件为:氢氧化钠用量10%、水解温度80℃、液比为6、水解时间3 h,收率为86%;氢氧化钠水解铬革屑的水解率较高,所得水解液分子量较小,但氧化钙水解革屑的脱铬率较高。: By using chrome-shavings as raw material the effect of alkali dosage, temperature, time and solid-liquid ratio in CaO and NaOH hydrolysis system were studied. And the hydrolysis yield, hydrolysis degree, intrinsie viscosity and chromium content were eharaeterized to study the law and difference in the hydrolysis of ehrome shavings. The experimental results showed that the process of calcium oxide hydrolysis of ehrome shavings was similar to that of sodium hydroxide. The order of the experimental conditions on the hydrolysis yield was as follows: alkali dosage〉 temperature〉 time〉 liquid ratio. The highest hydrolytie yield of the ealeium oxide hydrolysis process eonditions was: CaO 8%, hydrolytic temperature 90℃, hydrolytic time 5 h, solid-liquid ratio 10, and the highest hydrolytic yield was 73%. The highest hydrolytic yield of the sodium hydroxide hydrolysis process conditions was: NaOH 10%, hydrolytic temperature 80℃, hydrolytic time 3 h, solid-liquid ratio 6, and the highest hydrolytic yield was 86%. Compared with the calcium oxide hydrolysis, the hydrolyzate of sodium hydroxide had higher hydrolytic yield, lower molecular weight and low chrome removal rate.
