摘 要:用硫铁矿烧渣、粉煤灰以及鼓风炉铁泥作原料制备了PSF及PBS两种无机絮凝剂,并将两种絮凝剂配合使用对制革废水进行处理。结果表明,PSF与PBS复配对废水有很好的处理效果。在常温、p H7.5、PSF用量为70 mg/L、PBS用量为20 mg/L的最佳条件下,复配絮凝剂的处理效果为S^(2-)、SS、COD_(Cr)、Cr^(3+)及色度的去除率分别为93.9%、90.1%、85.8%、82.4%和94.6%。PSF与PBS复配使用具有絮凝沉降速度快、污泥体积小、处理废水费用低等特点。: Two kinds of inorganic flocculant PSF and PBS were prepared from pyrite slag, fly ash and blast furnace iron sludge. Both the flocculants were used in combination to treat leather wastewater. The experimental results showed the compound of PSF and PBS had a good flocculation effect in the treatment of leather wastewater. The removal rate of S2-, SS, CODcr, Cr3+ and chromaticity was 93.9%, 90.1%, 85.8%, 82.4% and 94.6% respectively in the optimum condition when temperature was normal,pH value was 7.5, dosage of the flocculant PSF and PBS was 70 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively. The remarkable characteristics of this method were high settlement rate, small sludge volume and low cost of treatment.
