摘 要:以猪皮酸皮为原料,采用新型不浸酸无铬鞣剂F-90对其进行鞣制,并通过单因素试验方法分别考察了鞣剂用量、鞣制时间对成革收缩温度的影响,优化得到了最佳的鞣制工艺参数:鞣剂用量10%,第一阶段鞣制时间2 h,第二阶段鞣制时间2 h,第三阶段鞣制时间4 h;对鞣制后猪皮服装革的感官性能、物理机械性能和甲醛含量分别进行了评估和测定,结果表明:F-90鞣剂的鞣制性能良好,能够满足猪皮服装革的使用需求。With acid pigskin as the raw material, the characteristics of tanning performance of no-picking chrome-free F-90 were researched. The effects of dosage and time during the tanning process on the shrinkage temperature (Ts) of finish leather were studied through the single factor experiments, and the optimum parameters were as follows: the tanning agent doage was 10%, the tanning time of first stage, second stage and third stage were 2h, 2h and 4h, respectively. The sensory, physical and mechanical properties and formaldehyde content of finish leather were evaluated and determined. The results indicates that the tanning performance of F-90 can meet the demand of the pigskin garment leather well.
