关于转型发展背景下地方高校创新教育的思考

摘　　要：创新能力是高级技术技能人才应具备的基本素质之一,也是应用型大学人才培养的基本内容。然而,由于办学基础较差,加上大规模的扩招和对应用型大学理解的偏差,导致当前很多地方高校创新教育的效果不佳。地方高校应更新观念,全面、深刻地理解"应用型大学"的内涵,进一步加强校外实习基地建设和"双师型"师资队伍建设,切实推进创新教育。Innovation ability is not only one of the basic qualities of senior technician, but also basic content of talent training in application-oriented university. However, the effect of innovative education are not strong because of poor foundation of running, misunderstand and faint innovation consciousness of local university. Local universities should enforce innovative education from aspects of training workshop building and ＂double-teacher＂ cultivation.
