摘  要:针对曲轴在复杂工况下产生交变应力,易发生故障,危及柴油机正常运行的问题,讨论了在柴油机曲轴安装和维护保养过程中影响曲轴臂距差变化的各种因素,分别分析了船舶传动系统安装、柴油机机座填充垫块、主轴承不均匀磨损、飞轮、缸内气体压力、船体的形变对曲轴臂距差的影响,并提出了相应的维护保养对策,使曲轴臂距差控制在合理范围内,确保柴油机正常运行。The crankshafl can produce alternating stress in complex conditions, which will lead to faults and endanger the normal operation of diesel engine. Based the problem, this paper discusses the factors that affect the crankshafl deflection dur- ing the installation and maintenance of diesel engine crankshaft, including marine transmission system installation, diesel engine heel block, main bearing wear, flywheel, cylinder pressure and ship shape change. Then it puts forward the corresponding maintenance countermeasures, which can keep the crankshaft deflection within a reasonable range and ensure the normal oper- ation of the diesel engine.
