摘　　要：国家治理体系和治理能力现代化可以从马克思主义时空观视角得到较好的阐释。一是从时间序列维度考察,国家治理体系和治理能力现代化体现了社会主义建设不同阶段目标、任务的连贯性和发展阶段的差异性,又体现了社会主义制度建设和完善的复杂性、艰巨性和持久性;二是从空间结构维度考察,它体现了国家职能角色的变化以及多元化利益主体之间的博弈和冲突。The Marxist conception of time and space providesa better interpretation for the moderniza- tion of state governance system and governance capability. For one thing, from the time dimension, the mod- ernization of state governance system and governance capability reflects both the continuity in goals and tasks in different stages of socialist construction and the difference in developmental phases as well as com- plexity, difficulty and durability in the socialist system construction and improvement. For another, from the space dimension, it reveals the change of state functions and roles as well as the game and conflict between multiple subjects of interest.
