摘　　要：澳大利亚墨尔本大学图书馆Teaching@Library项目从教学、科研两方面为师生提供学科服务,具有服务内容丰富、服务资源类型多样、培训项目系统化、按需培训等个性化服务的特点。这些特点对我国学科服务有重要的启示,包括:高校图书馆可以依托丰富的资源,从教、学两个方面将学科服务嵌入到整个教学过程;建立系统的学术素养培养体系;开展个性化、模块化的学科服务。The Teaching @ Library project of the Melbourne University Library in Australia provides subject service for teachers and students from the aspects of pedagogy and research. These services are rich in content, diverse in resources, and systematic and targeted in training. What these features can teach subject service in China are that academic libraries can take advantage of abundant resources and integrate subject service in overall teaching process from both teaching and learning perspectives. Academic libraries should also aim to establish a cultivation system for academic literacy and envision customized and modularized subject services.
